Reports
The Reports section allows you to generate detailed reports on platform usage based on different filters. This tool is useful for performance analysis, user tracking, and continuous improvement of the conversational experience.
Available Filters
You can adjust the following parameters before generating the report:
- Report Type (required)
- Start and End Date
- Team
- User
- Agent
Once the desired criteria are selected, click "Generate Report" to obtain the results.
📊 Available Report Types
| Report Type | Description |

| Messages Sent | Total messages sent by users to agents during the period. |
| Success Rate | Metric based on the number of satisfactory responses according to feedback or internal logic. |
| Chat Ranking | Displays the most used assistants within the selected range. |
| Users | List of users who interacted the most with the platform. |
